One lives with one's neighbours, go to backyard BBQs, carpool, chat on the sidewalk....but one never knows what goes on behind the doors of one's neighbours. That's the storyline here. There are some humorous lines and I enjoyed that Lilli, from the author's first book The Garden of Small Beginnings, has a cameo appearance but all in all, there isn't much happening in this story and large parts of it are repetitive and slow. An okay story. Lightly entertaining, some humor; just a bit slow moving.
