The Black Wind --- by Clive Cussler. Lost deadly WWII Japanese munitions. A wealthy-beyond-imagining Korean madman. Weaponized smallpox. A guided missile aimed squarely at the United States. An assortment of submersibles. A dirigible immensely larger than the Goodyear blimp. These are the ingredients. Shake energetically and you get, voila, another Dirk Pitt novel by Clive Cussler. The usual adjectives are apt: breathy taking; thrilling; fast paced; a novel you can’t put down. My score: at least 9 out of 10.
