Lots of martial arts involved in this family betrayal story, combined with an Indonesian style of Jason Bourne character, as this person with partial amnesia, is forced to use self-defence or kill for his own survival. This film does provides well choreographed fight scenes, with Iku Uwais. Will still find the quality that one would expect from this actor's previous films, such as the 2011 film, Raid Redemption and the 2014 film, Raid 2. He had more recently appeared in the 2015, Star Wars: The Force Awakens and also in the 2017 Science Fiction film, Beyond Skyline. Where the film is strong with some decent acting, somewhat believable story, and lots of well staged martial arts, it does however over emphasis the demonization of the "bad guys" and use drawn out graphic methods of multiple life-or-death situations. Most of the thugs and lead characters are accomplished fighters, and even seem to have super human abilities! Well crafted film and was disappointed there was no bonus features on the DVD, showing viewers how much work and effort goes into a making a choreographed film like this. Lots more long shots during the fight scenes, instead of the more choppy North American style action movies. Good quality film of that genre even with the over-the-top and senseless shooting involved.
