An 800 page book about a grieving family may seem a little intimidating. However, it is so well written, some parts read like poetry, it goes a lot fast than you think. This is the story of a family grieving over the loss of the patriarch. Told from multiple perspectives during the year(s) following the death. It's honest, raw and beautifully told. Love her style of writing.
