Enjoyable page turning read. Full of action, suspense, and little romance even though the heroine is surrounded by males. Emma tries to find a cure for a mysterious flesh-eating disease seemingly caused by marijuana plants owned by a Mexican drug-dealing cartel. The cartel plans to import the tainted marijuana shipment to the US hoping that Americans handling the shipment will get the disease and die. Emma is caught in the middle of this plan and must use her knowledge of chemistry to find a cure quickly as the timeline from the first symptoms to death is quite fast for those who come into contact with these plants.
